Daniel and Nikolas joined forces in 2022. They established Vester Partners based on complementary experience and skill sets from work in consulting, corporate, private equity, venture capital and investment activities. Together with a team of interdisciplinary specialists located across Europe and the MENA region their ambition is to bring bespoke advisory services and investment opportunities to clients and capital allocators.

Daniel has 20+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor and advisor. He has worked in transaction advisory and as an investor in private equity and venture capital across various industries globally, such as financial services, software, extended and virtual realities, and transportation infrastructure assets.
Daniel is very much entrepreneurially driven. He approaches opportunities, projects, investments, and challenges alike always first with the intention to gain a thorough understanding of the individual objectives of relevant involved stakeholders. Daniel’s roles on investments range from being a pure external advisor to taking inside roles as an advisory board or (interim) management member or even as a full co-founder. Daniel and his family live in Munich/Germany. He considers himself as a liberal, global citizen.

Nikolas is a first lieutenant in the Danish Royal Guards and brings 20+ years of experience in transactional advisory and operational finance and leadership roles in industrial companies. During his international career, Nikolas has acquired a deep insight in industrial manufacturing, procurement, and supply management, especially in the offshore wind industry.
Nikolas has a passion for building inter-disciplinary and inter-cultural teams, aiming at thoroughly understanding, expanding, and professionalizing the operational backbone of a company. In this context, Nikolas is an experienced leader in driving change and re-organization projects. In Vester Partners’ hands on investment approach, he supports the portfolio companies‘ teams in building a scalable operating platform.
